- Rural physician locum remuneration: Daily Rate: $1400 - $1540 per 24 hour day. 4 step grid dependent on experience. Accommodations: Provided. Mileage: $0.51/km for 1 return trip per locum assignment. Travel Time: $20/hour for 1 return trip per locum assignment.
Job Description
The community of Kerrobert is seeking a temporary locum physician to provide 1 full week of coverage per month starting April 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024. The successful candidate will provide primary health care services to Kerrobert including Clinic and LTC coverage.
Flexibility in the coverage provided is available
Job Qualifications
This individual should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family centered care.
The candidate will hold certification or be eligible for certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). Successful applicants will be eligible for a provisional or regular license to practice in Saskatchewan. Applicants will also hold ACLS certification.
In accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
