The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking team-orientated and highly skilled Anesthesiologists to provide locum services in the province of Saskatchewan for the period of March 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026.
The Department of Anesthesiology has an excellent complement of specialist Anesthesiologists with diverse interests. The successful candidates will join our team to provide comprehensive anesthesiology service to the patients of Saskatchewan.
Locum Services may include on-call as well.

Remuneration:
For Saskatoon, the rates for the period of March 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026 are:
In-Province Locums: $3,000/day guarantee via Fee For Service Billings
Out-of-Province Locums: $4,000/day* flat rate.
On Call: Eligible for Specialist On-Call Remuneration (SECP) for those times when the after-hours call was provided, to be paid in accordance with SECP Guidelines.
Flights/travel: Standard/basic fares OR mileage at the effective out-of-scope (OOS) mileage rate of SHA for the distance travelled from the Locum’s home base to the city where providing coverage and return if the Locum is driving.
Travel Time: $20/hour for time spent engaged in travel.
Accommodation: Accommodation provided up to $200 per night.
