At the New Horizons Primary Health Care site the physician would work in conjunction with the primary care nurse/nurse practitioner. Other team members and services include a retail pharmacist, home care, public health, adult day program, physiotherapy, diabetes clinic, mental health and ambulance services.
Family Physicians can be compensated on an alternate payment model, starting at $301,517 per annum in accordance with the Provincial payment schedule. Community incentives and free housing may also be available.
