Within modern, efficient offices, the teams provide initial comprehensive assessments, care and follow up to Craik and Davidson area residents. The physician will provide clinic services 4 days a week and provide an oversight of care for long-term care patients.The team currently consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacist and medical office assistants.

The successful candidate would be based out of the Five Hills Health Region, and provide on-call services to the neighbouring community of Davidson through an agreement with the Heartland Health Region. The community of Davidson is located 30 Kilometres north of Craik.

The Craik & District Health Centre consists of 15 long term care beds, 3 respite/palliative beds as well as laboratory and x-ray services. Ambulatory care and therapies services are also available.

Family Physicians can be compensated on an alternate payment model, starting at $301,517 per annum in accordance with the Provincial payment schedule. Community incentives may also be available.
