• Midale Mainprize Manor, Fillmore Health Center, Weyburn General Hospital, Weyburn PHC Clinic.
• LTC Facilities - Crocus Vilia, Weyburn Special Care Home, Tatagwa View, Parkway Lodge, Hill Top Mano.r
• Dietitian, Home Care, Pharmacy, Chronic Disease Education, Public Health, Mental Health & Addictions.
• Chronic Kidney Disease, COPD clinics, Spirometry, Vascular clinics, Diabetes clinics.
• Referrals to specialists.
• Overhead cost 21% of yearly wage.

Weyburn Health Centre
Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 p,

• Currently 10 fee for service physicians working in our clinic. Weyburn does have 6 other physicians at other locations.
• All physicians working with EMR (QHR ACCURO). 1 physician using paper charts.
• The Weyburn Health Centre is a large private clinic (built in 2004). There is a small on site lab for u/a and pregnancy tests, etc. The Weyburn General Hospital provides further lab testing, xray, inpt services, er services etc.
• Referrals to larger centers are arranged when required.
• Physicians responsible for a shared portion of overhead based on ownership/income.
