Job Description
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking Pediatrician locum support in the community of Swift Current. Responsibilities include 24-hour inpatient hospital coverage and emergency on-call duties.

- July 9 (0800) – July 17 (0800)
- July 29 (0800) – August 1 (0800)
- August 11 (0800) – August 14 (0800)
- August 21 (0800) – August 26 (0800)
- August 29 (0800) – September 4 (0800)
- September 17 (0800) – September 24 (0800)
Remuneration
- Daily Rate: $2,276.68 per 24-hour period
- Emergency Call: In addition to the daily rate, the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program (SECP) stipend applies in accordance with program terms
Additional Support
- Accommodation: Provided, if required
- Mileage: $0.5499/km (one return trip per locum assignment)
- Travel Time: $20/hour (one return trip per locum assignment)

Job Qualifications
- Regular License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS)(or eligible to be licensed)
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful SHA credentialing including but notlimited to acceptable reference checks and criminal record check with vulnerable sector
- Current Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada

Community Description
