Erin Brady - CEO
As the CEO Erin is responsible for our strategic planning, business operations, budgeting and office administration – all of the essential parts that keep this machine running.
Erin’s experience includes a variety of roles and responsibilities with the provincial government. She also holds a Bachelor of Education, Master of Public Administration degrees and is a Certified Management Accountant.
Simeon Emmanuel, Analyst
Simeon joined saskdocs in July 2017.
He holds both Bachelor and Graduate Degrees in Economics, Business Administration and Public Health from three different countries.
Having previously worked with the Ministry of Economy in the area of skilled workers attraction and retention, Simeon brings with him a wealth of experience in his role as an Analyst. He is responsible for conducting research and analyzing data to develop and deliver recruitment/retention initiatives aimed at health professionals.
Heather Friday, Director of Operations
Heather’s professional background includes more than ten years experience in student recruitment at the University of Saskatchewan. Her tenure at the U of S gave Heather a chance to travel throughout Canada and other parts of the world to talk with students and families about the opportunities for them here in Saskatchewan. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
Heather was born and raised in Saskatchewan and is up to the challenge of recruiting health care professionals to this province and working with many partners to keep them.
Stacey Glauser, Executive Assistant
Stacey joined us in 2015 as our Executive Assistant. Stacey is well prepared to fill this role as her professional experience includes being an Administrative and/or Executive Assistant for the past 25 years. Stacey spent a large portion of her professional career with the Saskatchewan Teacher’s Federation (STF) in addition to roles with Revenue Canada and the Saskatchewan’s Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB).
Before joining saskdocs/Health Careers in Saskatchewan, Stacey worked for the Saskatoon Public School Division.
Leah Graver, HCIS Recruitment Coordinator
Leah joined HCIS in June 2014 to assist with the administration of the Health Careers in Saskatchewan portfolio. Having lived in both Saskatoon and Regina Leah knows a lot about the professions and places HCIS recruits to.
Leah holds an Environmental Sciences Diploma from Lethbridge Community College, an Office Administration Certificate from CDI College and has previous experience in the health sector from working as an Administrative Assistant for Alberta Health Services. Leah's prior experience includes working for other businesses and organizations doing everything from travel arrangements to shipping, receiving and paying bills.
Leah is currently working on completing her Business Administration Certificate at the University of Saskatchewan.
Jennifer Grunert, Recruitment Consultant
Jennifer was born and raised in Saskatchewan and her passion for the province shines through in the work that she does. You will often find Jennifer engaging with the students and residents of the University of Saskatchewan over a cup of java or preparing for student and resident presentations and events.
Jennifer’s knowledge and experience from her previous role as an Employment Consultant at the Saskatoon Health Region helped her focus on the recruitment of nurses and allied health professionals. These efforts included the settlement and immigration of internationally educated health professionals (IEHPs).
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
Lisa Harron, Corporate Services Analyst
Lisa joined saskdocs in November 2014 as our Corporate Services Analyst. Her work involves administering various grant and bursary programs for physicians in Saskatchewan. In addition to this she handles the accounting and invoicing.
Lisa holds a Certificate in Advanced Accounting from Athabasca University and is currently working on completing her Bachelor of Commerce.
Sarita Lorenz, Recruitment Coordinator (Maternity Leave)
Sarita holds a Business Administration Diploma and is nearing the completion of a Human Resource Management Certificate. She has more than eight years experience in office administration, some of which included employment in the province's mining sector. Sarita loves Saskatchewan and is passionate about working with others to help recruit people to the province.
Ashley Miller, Recruitment Consultant
Ashley joined the Agency in the Fall of 2016 as a Recruitment Consultant. Born and raised in rural Saskatchewan means she learned to enjoy the province's great outdoors and all of the recreational opportunities it has to offer. Ashley received her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and while doing so, managed to complete a semester abroad in Rouen, France. Her professional experience includes five years in Prince Albert Parkland Health Region working in physician recruitment and retention and as a Manager of Primary Health Care/Chronic Conditions.
Ashley completed her Saskatchewan Leadership program in 2015.
Brooke Ratzlaff, Recruitment Coordinator
Brooke joined saskdocs in June of 2017 to fill the position as interim Recruitment Coordinator. Her professional background includes over eight years experience in the transportation industry as a Customer Service Representative and Account Manager. She received an Executive Administrative Assistant Diploma from Saskatoon Business College in 2009.
In addition to her job as Recruitment Coordinator, she also serves as the Director of Special Events on the Board of Dress for Success Saskatoon.
James Winkel, Communications Manager
James has been a corporate communicator for close to twenty years, the majority of which has been spent in the public sector. Having joined the Agency in 2011 James is responsible for managing website content, newsletters, media enquiries, multimedia projects, photography and the Agency's social media activity.
James holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees, majoring in prairie history, from the University of Regina.
Rhoda Yakubowski, Recruitment Consultant
Whether you’re a physician from down the street or around the world Rhoda looks forward to meeting you to talk about how great it is to live and work in Saskatchewan. Prior to working with saskdocs, Rhoda worked with the Saskatoon Health Region where she was involved with the recruitment and settlement of health care professionals.
She holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Saskatchewan, a Project Management Certificate through Edward School of Business and continues to develop her professional portfolio by focusing the on the recruitment of international medical graduates.
